Setup from scratch

• Creating the profile on an account you own — not ours. Many businesses discover too late that their listing sits under a former marketer's account and cannot be recovered.
• Choosing the precise category and placing the pin on the actual entrance, not the centre of the building.
• Defining service areas if you travel to the customer rather than the reverse (contracting, maintenance, moving).
• Handling verification through every route: postcard, phone call, SMS, email, and the video verification that has become the most common in Saudi Arabia.
• Uploading geotagged photos of the exterior, interior and team.
• Completing hours, services, products and a business description written in the language your customers search with.

Fixing troubled listings

• Soft or hard suspension: reviewing the violation, correcting the data, preparing documents (commercial registration, licence, utility bill, lease, premises photos), then filing and following the reinstatement request.
• Duplicate listings: merging multiple copies of one business before all of them get suspended.
• Ownership recovery: claiming a profile currently managed by someone else.
• Wrong pin or address: correcting and re-verifying it with Google.

What to know before starting

Verification is not guaranteed in every case; Google may request extra documents or re-review more than once. It typically takes days to weeks. Virtual addresses and shared offices are the number one cause of rejection — and we tell you that before you pay, not after.
