Factor App — Garment & Textile Manufacturing Platform
We built a complete manufacturing platform from zero — and shipped it to the App Store. Not a page, not a store, but a system connecting traders directly to factories and removing the broker from garment manufacturing in the Saudi market. What we executed: full UX design, the app built on a single codebase running on iOS and Android, a database linking both sides of the platform in real time, an operations dashboard, then managing the Apple submission process through to approval. The result: a live operating platform — the trader browses manufacturing capabilities, requests a sample, sets specifications and quantities, and tracks production stages, with every agreement documented inside the system instead of scattered across WhatsApp.View on the App Store
Factor Business — Factory & Trader Platform
Two separate apps operating as one system — an engineering decision only teams that understand operations make. We built the second half of the Factor platform: the factory and supplier interface, because whoever produces does not use the same screen as whoever orders. What we executed: an independent platform for factories to receive manufacturing requests, price them, manage production capacity and update each batch status — built on the same database the trader app runs on, so any factory update reaches the other side instantly without a phone call. Why it matters: most platforms fail when they force two different parties into one app with roles. We separated the experiences and connected the systems — the difference between a platform that gets used and one that gets downloaded and abandoned.View on the App Store
Tashyik Home Maintenance App
We turned a phone-run maintenance business into a digital platform live on the App Store. The client was taking bookings by phone with no record, no scheduling and no tracking; we built a system that runs the whole operation. What we executed: the customer app with a three-step booking path — choose the service, set location and time, track the technician — with instant notifications at each stage and a complete order history. Built on a single codebase running on iOS and Android, with the Apple submission managed through to approval. Why this matters to a business owner: we are not an interface design agency; we build the systems that run the business itself — from the database to the store listing.View on the App Store
Tashyik Technician App — Provider Platform
We built the client a complete field operations system, not just a booking app. The technician platform is what makes the customer app actually work — without it, a booking is just a message reaching someone. What we executed: an interface designed for one-handed use on site — job notification, accept or decline in one tap, a map to the location, before-and-after photo documentation, and job closure. Plus a dashboard showing earnings and completed jobs per technician.Scope of delivery: two apps live on the App Store, one unified database, and a notification system linking both sides in real time — a full technical project from design through to publication.View on the App Store

Al-Rais Sandwich Restaurant
We built a site that loads in under two seconds — because a fast-food customer decides while driving. A page taking four seconds loses half its visitors before they see the menu; speed here is not a technical nicety but a condition of survival. What we executed: a light, mobile-first site with a fast-scanning text menu and current prices, branches each with a direct map link, and connections to ordering and delivery channels. Built in Arabic and English together. The difference we made: we set the site up to appear in searches for the type of food in the area — not only for the restaurant's name. That is the difference between a site serving people who know you and one bringing people who don't.Visit the site

QB Dental Clinic website
We built a site that turns someone searching a specific procedure into a booked appointment. Patients don't search "dental clinic" — they search "dental implants" or "clear aligners", and a clinic listing its services in one page disappears from every specific search. What we executed: a dedicated page for each procedure explaining the condition, duration and expected outcome; the practitioner's profile and credentials as a standalone page because patients search doctors by name; and a direct booking path requiring no phone call. Built in Arabic and English. The difference we made: we connected the site to the Maps profile and prepared each procedure page to rank independently — so instead of one door into the clinic, it now has ten, and each patient enters through the one that fits them.Visit the site

Best Solution — Car Paint & Bodywork
We took a listing absent from search to the front of bodywork results in its area. A driver with a damaged car searches by the damage — "car bodywork near me", "car respray" — and a listing under a generic category never appears, however good the work. What we executed: the primary category set specifically to bodywork and painting, each service separated under real search terms, a precise coverage area, and documented before-and-after work published regularly. Why before-and-after: bodywork is settled by visual proof — a photo of a damaged car restored convinces more than any copy, and it is the cheapest marketing asset a workshop owns and the one most of them neglect.Visit the site
LUXE BED — Luxury Bedrooms & Medical Mattresses
We built a store selling a product the buyer cannot test — on specification rather than promise. A medical mattress and a bedroom set are decisions deferred for weeks, and every missing number on the page is a direct cause of that delay. What we executed: product pages with complete specifications — dimensions in centimetres, firmness rating, material, warranty, and delivery and assembly timing — with multi-angle photography. We added product structured data surfacing price and availability inside Google results before the click, and separated bedrooms from mattresses because they are two audiences with different buying intent. The effect: every question answered on the page is one less hesitation, and one less enquiry message for the sales team.Visit the store
Khizama Al-Sharq — Flowers & Gifts Store
We rebuilt the store around the occasion instead of the flower type — and the whole buying path changed. Customers don't search "red roses", they search "graduation bouquet" or "condolence flowers". A store categorised by seller logic loses every one of those searches. What we executed: categories restructured by occasion and budget, delivery time and coverage shown on the product page rather than at checkout — the single biggest cause of cart abandonment in this sector — and product structured data surfacing price in search results. Why timing matters here: flowers are ordered for an occasion with a fixed hour. Vagueness about the delivery slot is not a detail, it is an order lost instantly.Visit the store

Dr. Bilal Al-Dali Dental Clinic
We built a presence that makes the patient choose the doctor before choosing the clinic. In dentistry, trust is built on the person rather than the place — patients search the practitioner's name and read their profile and reviews before picking up the phone. What we executed: a site centred on the practitioner — full professional biography, credentials and years of experience as a standalone page, with a dedicated page for each procedure explaining the condition, duration and expected outcome. A direct booking path, connection to the Maps profile, and built in Arabic and English. The effect: instead of a site saying "we provide dental services", the clinic now has a presence answering the patient's real question: who will treat me, and do they understand my specific case?Visit the site

German Car Auto Maintenance Centre
We turned marque specialisation from words on a signboard into a signal Google reads. A German-car service centre competes with the dealership itself — and the customer needs proof of real expertise in their make, not a general workshop that accepts everything. What we executed: each marque entered as an independent service in the Maps profile, content covering the common faults of each brand and the diagnostic equipment used, photographs of the workshop and equipment rather than only the cars, and a Q&A section addressing warranty anxiety directly. The effect: instead of appearing for "workshop near me", the centre now appears to people searching their specific marque — a higher-value customer who haggles less.Visit the site
Al-Wifaq Al-Amthal General Contracting
We built a digital credentials file read before tender shortlisting. The body reviewing contracting bids opens your site to verify before it looks at your pricing — and a weak site removes you from the shortlist silently. What we executed: separate indexable pages for each scope of work (construction, finishing, renovation), a portfolio of completed projects with real photography, a company profile covering project scale, and a quote-request form routed straight to project management. The effect: instead of a site saying "we are committed to quality", the company now has a file proving what it has actually delivered — the difference between making the shortlist and being cut from it.Visit the site
