Watani Restaurants — Haneeth, Mandi & Madhbi

We took the menu out of an image and into text Google can read — so the restaurant started appearing for the dish, not just the name. "Haneeth near me" and "lamb mandi" are searched thousands of times daily, and a restaurant whose menu is a picture is absent from all of them.

What we executed: a complete indexed text menu listing every dish under its local name, categorised by cooking style (haneeth, mandi, madhbi) to capture each search separately, high-quality compressed dish photography, and branch and booking details in a fixed position.

The effect: the site went from a digital brochure serving people who already knew the restaurant, to a channel bringing people who had never heard of it.
