We addressed the biggest cause of cancellations in flower stores: the gap between photo and reality. The buyer never sees the bouquet before it arrives, so the image is your only promise — and any difference between what they saw and what they received becomes a complaint and a negative review every future customer reads.

What we executed: each bouquet shown from multiple angles with stem count and size stated explicitly — because "a bouquet of roses" covers ten different sizes. Images compressed for fast mobile loading where most purchases happen, and a short ordering path suited to a decision made in minutes.

The effect: an accurate expectation before purchase means satisfaction after delivery — and that is what builds a store's reviews over the long term.
