We solved a non-standard product problem — where a conventional shopping cart alone is not enough. The customer chooses a cut, a fabric and a size, and may request a custom alteration. Off-the-shelf stores assume a fixed product, and this sector doesn't work that way.

What we executed: a gallery organised by cut and fabric, written details for each piece (fabric type, cut, available colours) indexed in search rather than locked inside images, a clear sizing guide, and an ordering path combining direct purchase with a custom-tailoring enquiry.

The effect: a system accommodating both cases — the customer wanting a ready piece and the one wanting bespoke — without confusing either.
