3. Payments and Fees

  1. Fees must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the invoice or contract.
  2. Payments are non-refundable once actual work on the project or service has commenced, due to the digital nature of the services and resources allocated.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Upon full payment, ownership of digital assets (source code, final designs) is transferred to the client. "Traffic Plus" reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  2. It is prohibited to use any code, design, or strategy provided as a prototype without our written consent.

5. Disclaimer

  1. While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific sales or profit outcomes, as these depend on external factors (platform algorithm changes, product quality, market behavior).
  2. "Traffic Plus" is not responsible for any sudden outages or policy changes in third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Salla).

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Existing clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the website.
