Factor App — Garment & Textile Manufacturing Platform

We built a complete manufacturing platform from zero — and shipped it to the App Store. Not a page, not a store, but a system connecting traders directly to factories and removing the broker from garment manufacturing in the Saudi market.

What we executed: full UX design, the app built on a single codebase running on iOS and Android, a database linking both sides of the platform in real time, an operations dashboard, then managing the Apple submission process through to approval.

The result: a live operating platform — the trader browses manufacturing capabilities, requests a sample, sets specifications and quantities, and tracks production stages, with every agreement documented inside the system instead of scattered across WhatsApp.
