We prepared the AC profile ahead of season — because rank is built in weeks, not days. Demand doubles with the first heatwave, and whoever starts then has lost the whole season to a competitor who began three months earlier.

What we executed: a profile configured as a service-area business — the technician travels to the customer, not the reverse — with defined coverage zones and extended hours including weekends. Services entered individually (maintenance, cleaning, refrigerant refill, installation, annual contracts) rather than bundled under "air conditioning".

The difference: each of these is an entirely separate search — bundling them means vanishing from five searches in exchange for appearing in one.
