Factor Business — Factory & Trader Platform

Two separate apps operating as one system — an engineering decision only teams that understand operations make. We built the second half of the Factor platform: the factory and supplier interface, because whoever produces does not use the same screen as whoever orders.

What we executed: an independent platform for factories to receive manufacturing requests, price them, manage production capacity and update each batch status — built on the same database the trader app runs on, so any factory update reaches the other side instantly without a phone call.

Why it matters: most platforms fail when they force two different parties into one app with roles. We separated the experiences and connected the systems — the difference between a platform that gets used and one that gets downloaded and abandoned.
