Tashyik Technician App — Provider Platform

We built the client a complete field operations system, not just a booking app. The technician platform is what makes the customer app actually work — without it, a booking is just a message reaching someone.

What we executed: an interface designed for one-handed use on site — job notification, accept or decline in one tap, a map to the location, before-and-after photo documentation, and job closure. Plus a dashboard showing earnings and completed jobs per technician.

Scope of delivery: two apps live on the App Store, one unified database, and a notification system linking both sides in real time — a full technical project from design through to publication.
