We turned a phone-run maintenance business into a digital platform live on the App Store. The client was taking bookings by phone with no record, no scheduling and no tracking; we built a system that runs the whole operation.

What we executed: the customer app with a three-step booking path — choose the service, set location and time, track the technician — with instant notifications at each stage and a complete order history. Built on a single codebase running on iOS and Android, with the Apple submission managed through to approval.
